Dhino is a self-driven, results-oriented executive with more than 25 years experience in areas of Operations and Technology management of global multinational corporations. His vast experiences include managing business continuity management (BCM) initiatives, quality assurance, risk & control management, compliance, productivity, corporate training and service quality. He has presented papers at BCM Forums and presently conducts training programs with the BCM Institute.

His remarkable contributions include many organizational development, human resources development, and setting up corporate training centre, managing regional data centre operations and IT services, apart from process improvement and re-engineering challenges.
